Description
A 25-bed residential treatment facility located on the Horizon Village campus that provides specialized behavioral treatment services for women with addiction disorders ages 18 and older. Clinicians are trained in EMDR to address PTSD symptoms. Provides medication assisted treatment, including Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol.

Program Fees
Accepts most commercial health insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. Insurances accepted vary based on service type provided, such as outpatient treatment vs. inpatient and residential treatment. Sliding fee schedules are available for eligible patients and are based on income level and family size. Horizon serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.
