Medication Needs – Nonpsychiatric

If a participant needs medication that is non psychiatric (blood pressure meds, OTC medications, etc.) and are not linked up with a Primary Care doctor yet or are not able to get an appointment for a couple days- a free 7 day supply of medications can be obtained to serve as a bridge until they can be seen by a provider. Social Security Card

In most cases, simply knowing your Social Security number is enough. But if you do need a replacement, complete your application (online or in-person), you will receive your Social Security card in the mail. READ MORE
