Description
Provides case management to defendants during their time in the criminal justice system based on comprehensive, individualized assessments. Licensed social workers offer expertise and referrals to outside services to meet clients' needs, including housing, government services, inpatient and outpatient treatment services, credit score assistance, career and job assistance, transportation, and clothing. Takes a holistic and optimistic approach that examines the underlying circumstances contributing to the client's contact with the criminal justice system, with the goal of leading the client to a successful future so as to prevent reincarceration and decrease recidivism in Erie County.


Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm.

Eligibility
Persons with a criminal charge who have an Assigned Counsel attorney.

Service Area: Erie County.
