Description
Provides assistance to crime victims through investigation, prosecution, and adjudication of the offender. Includes assistance with restitution claims, victim impact statements, Crime Victim Board applications, and court accompaniment.
Oversees Conditional Discharge Program including bail evaluation, Release Under Supervision Program (RUS), and Community Service.
