Homeless Permanent Supportive Housing
Description
Permanent supportive housing provided in 20 bed, scattered-site apartments. Clients receive assistance in apartment search, treatment rehabilitation support, and independent community living skills.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Eligibility
Individuals who are homeless, SPOA eligible, and who have a primary psychiatric diagnosis.
