Provides substance use treatment services including psychosocial assessments, medical evaluations, individual therapy, group counseling, and psychiatric evaluations. Offers linkage to detox services and inpatient residential programs. Aftercare planning provided. Medication Assisted Treatment available.

Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-8:30pm; Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
