Description
Responsible for the supervision, casework, and enforcement of parole restriction, as well as investigation of applications for certificates of relief, certificates of good conduct, and applications for clemency.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-6pm; Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Eligibility
Parolees who are under the supervision of DOCCS.
Service Area: Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, & Wyoming Counties.

Referral mandated by executive and correctional statutes.
