Description
Works to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional, and social needs of Northern Chautauqua County residents through worship services, bible study, and youth services.
Provides a food pantry where clients can receive food once every 30 days. Also offers a summer/after-school program for youth ages 9-18.
During the Christmas season, toys, clothing, and food are provided to families in Northern Chautauqua County.

Regular Office Hours: Monday, 1pm-5pm; Tuesday-Friday, 9am-12pm.
Food Pantry: Monday, 1pm-5pm; Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-12pm.

Eligibility
Residents of Northern Chautauqua County, zip codes 14048, 14062, 14063, 14081, 14135, 14136, 14166, 14716, 14718, 14752, 14769, 14775, 14754, and 14787.
Food Pantry: Clients must sign form attesting to income eligibility at or below 225% of the federal poverty level for the number of people in the household in accordance with NYS TEFAP guidelines. Clients who also receive SNAP, WIC, TANF, Medicaid, or SSI are automatically income eligible. No proof of income required.
Summer/After-School Program: Youth ages 9-18.

Intake Process
Food Pantry: Walk In at least 20 minutes before food pantry hours end. Photo ID required for the first visit. For future visits, photo ID's for anyone in the household, medical cards for anyone under 18, and proof of address that is not an ID card is required. Bring bags or boxes to transport food in.
